Hi,
I have created a report in Access. If want to install that report on PC that do not Office, it is possible. The report that I have created linked to database in that PC and will prompt for user define data & will show the report then they will print it to the printer. Is this possible for this report to run on that computer that did not have microsift office insatalled on it? Pls advise.

Mark

Here are the ways to accomplish what you want to do:

1. You can use Access (or a 3rd party report generator which will read
Access files) to talk to an Access database.

2. You can define your reports with an ASP page on a web server.

3. You can use a runtime version of Access, with criteria predefined for
criteria prompts. This entails buy a copy of Office Developer to make and
distribute the runtimes.
