EXE Maker

Can't remember what it is called but anyone know of a program that I can
use to make a file into an exe.
I want to make an mpeg movie clip into an .exe file so I can use it as a
screensaver!

For creating an executable file, you need a compiler. For creating a
self-running AVI or MPEG, you do not need a compiler but a small program
that puts itself in front of the file and plays it once started.
(A Media Player en miniature, to put it this way)

Therefore, an EXE-maker for every situation at once does not exist. But,
try to search for "AVI2EXE" "MPEG2EXE" and similar names, then you
should find what you are looking for.

I have a few of the general files you may want up on my net site for now.
These files were recovered off a net site that did not appear to be
functional. Do note that all downloads are "AS IS" without exception. If
this one site goes down, I may upload the original convert dot zip file for
downloading "AS IS" only.

this is a Vietnam or similar language site. If you read it carefully, you
can do well enough.
