exe files poofing...

If i click on a shared directory with windows explorer
any exe files are deleted within a few seconds.

I ran 2 seperate virus checks, they came up 0 infected
files.

If I creat a local directory put an exe file in it, share
it, then browse directory vie the share name, exe poofs.

Like clock work.

Not sure what to do next...

What Anti Virus are you scanning with and have they been updated?
You may be infected with some virus who's first order of business
was to attack the AV program in order to cripple it.

Have you tried to scan with an Online AV?
