Hello! I've got PowerBuilder EXE files and libraries shared in a
Win2000 server with all the users into my network. However, when I
need to update any library or exe, I've got to close the file and
then, I've realized the file is opened more than once by a single
machine, when this is impossible because of the development, I mean, a
exe file cannot run twice into the same machine. Why do this happen?

Thanks in advance!
Andres.

You can have more than one instance of an exe file for many
applications, notepad.exe being one of them. It all depends
on how the exe file is written.

False. It depends on the program. As a matter of fact, I run multiple
instances of a PowerBuilder application every day.
