Excluding Group Policies

Explain how to exclude a group policy from a specific
group from ahving a policy named "No Run" applied to them
on an ou.
 
Create an OU and add users.
Create the Norun Policy for this OU
Create a Group and add some of the users from above to this group.
In Active Directory Users and Computers Right click the OU go to Group
Policy
Highlight the policy and click on Properities, go to the Security tab.
Add the Group you created to the permissions of the polciy and give them
"Deny" for the "Apply Group Policy" right.
