Specific files is not possible to exlude but with
"scan options" you can specify what a full scan should include.
But why ? If MSAS finds something it is only to choose
"always ignore" if something must be installed and not removed.

I thought you could under Scan Options > Scan Page to select which drives
are scanned when doing a full system scan?

No such feature has been added to MSAS but hopefully they
added. Pestpatrol 2005 has such feature
