I am trying to disable certain folders from following
users when using roaming profiles (ex. Desktop and My
Documents folder). This puts a lot of stress on servers
and makes logon time unacceptably long.
I am trying to accomplish this via Group Policy applied to
all Organizational Units with the "User Configuration -
Administrative Templates - System - Logon/Logoff - Exclude
directories in roaming profiles" setting. I then apply
and re-enforce GP's, wait, then re-logon. The folders
specified in the GP are still being uploaded and synched.
How can I force this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Neil
