Exclude specific IPs or machine names from a group Policy

I have enabled a password protected screensaver to start every 900 seconds on
our domain and was wondering if their was a way to exclude specific IP's or
machine names?

Create an own OU for that subnet or define a site, with an own
DC an work with group polcies on site level.
