Excite Password

Lavert

I can log on Excite.com (home page) with password and user id. I check
option to save password. When I try to get back on excite I have to enter
password and user name each time. Looked in Excite's help section, but
found no help. Sent Excite feedback 20 Jul 05. No response as of 3 Aug 05.
Am using Win XPSP2 Home Edition. IE VER 6. OE VER 6. Any help w/b
appreciated.

You are deleting their cookie file between sessions. The cookie
reidentifies you in the next session.
