Exchange Tasks in AD Users & Computers MSC

I have installed W2K3 Admin tools on my XP to be able to administrate a 2K SBS-server. I can open "AD Users and Computers" and add/delete users etc, but I do not have the option called "Exchange Tasks" which can be seen on the server (right click on users) . -How do I get that?

You have installed the wrong admin pack, you need the one
for XP.

That IS the one I have installed... -So again, how do I get "Exchange Tasks" to appear?
