Exchange server

When I try to open Outlook 2000 I'm asked for the
Microsoft Exchange server and address. I assume the
address is my email address, but what is the Microsoft
Exchange server?
 
Thanks, miked.Could you tell me how to change the profile
and set up the new one with POP settings or is it too
much to write?
