Hello,
I am the network admin for a Windows 2000 SP4 domain with 20 XP workstations
and 5 terminal server users connected to a Windows 2000 box.
One of the XP local users tried to check her email from the Terminal Server.
She is able to receive her email from her XP SP2 workstation, but when she
logs onto the Terminal Server, and opens Outlook 2002 SP3, a popup window
says: "Exchange Server Unavailable" and won't let her connect.
However, the other Terminal Server users are all able to read their emails
from the Terminal Server using the same Outlook and Exchange Server.
I checked the AD user properties and they are the same for both. We are
using Exchange Server 2000 SP3. What might the problem be?
