1) We have limited Space on server now and all of the users were
configured to use server Mailbox- Storage, since we were in a
critical stage thus we started all the clients to use Personel
Folders to minimize the storage on server.

But still users have the option to move their emails from Personel
Folder to their Exchange MailBox
is there a way to restrict them to user personel folder OR read
permission on Exchange Mailbox

2) Can we change the location of Mail Store from C to any other drive

I don't think that there is. I suppose you could configure them to use POP3
access which would download emails to the client as a matter of course, but
if you were to do this then you'd have to think very carefully indeed about
why you purchased Exchange server in the first place.
2) Can we change the location of Mail Store from C to any other drive

Yes. It's fairly well documented in the help files that come with Exchange.
I'd tell you more, but you haven't bothered to post what version of Exchange
you're using, and it isn't really a Windows XP security question anyway.

This is generally a bad idea -

No.

Yes... but you'd need to specify your version of Exchange.....and note,
Exchange questions don't really belong in Windows XP groups. Try
microsoft.public.exchange.admin, and provide more info (full versions & SP
levels of everything).

See http://aumha.org/nntp.htm for a list of NGs.

We solved similar problems with Scriptlogic's Desktop Authority
(http://www.scriptlogic.com/da). It allows us changing locations to
store users' PST files. We also can choose offline folders location
that we sometimes set to be different for different groups of domain
users.

And when were you going to get around to explaining how changing the
location of a PST file (which is hardly difficult to do) solves a problem on
the server or the fact that PST files are just... not a very good way to
store corporate email?

I wouldn't complain, only you did say it "solved the problem".

Changing location means just it. If you have no location in one place
you can put something that requires extra space to another place. For
example you can create global storage in PSTs and store on server the
mail for the very limited period only. I did't told this the best idea
ever to store mail in PST (because why use Exchange then) but
difficulties with space is a temporary problem. Desktop Authority is
very helpful for managing changes. If he will change the mail storage,
hw would need to redirect all its clients to this new location. That's
what I know I can easely do with Desktop Authority. I need to change
one string within the settings and then replicate changes. By the way,
I didn't say "solved the problem". I said "solved similar problems".
You can try manage this too and see if it will help.
