How can I add contacts that are within Exchange onto the outlook address book?

When I view the Address Book I cannot see any exchange options there?

Any help would be great.

The Outlook Address Book exposes the data in your contacts folders in the Outlook folder hierarchy. Thus, if you want some one with an Exchange address to appear in one of the contacts lists under the Outlook Address Book, you must create an Outlook contact for that person.

Thanks Sue,

I think we may have our wires crossed...

I have the contacts folder and can see that they are part of the Exchange
Mailbox, but when I go to send an email and click 'To', none of my exchange
contacts are shown there?

When you click To, you see the Address Book dialog. WIthin the Address Book dialog, do you see the Outlook Address Book? If not, add it in Tools | Email accounts. If you do see it, what data do you see under its folders?

Hi Sue,

Thanks for helping me.

I do see the 'Outlook Address Book' and under here I have 'Contacts' which
when selected shows me my Contacts in my personal folders. I also have
'Contacts in (e-mail address removed)' which is my Office Live email
account. I also have the Global Address List, All Address Lists, All
Contacts, All Groups, All Users, and Public Folders. I do not have any
contacts associated with my Exchange Mailbox.

I hope that helps, else I can send a screen shot to an email address?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Regards

RIght-click the contacts folder in your mailbox, bring up its Properties dialog, switch to the Outlook Address Book tab, and check the box you see there.
