We are running Exchange 2000. Outlook 2000 SR-1 (Office 2000 Pro). Some
users are running Windows 2000 SP4..others are running XP Pro SP2.
Users have permissions to add, edit, and delete their own items (Author
permissions). Myself and one of our Network Admins are "Owners". Our
receptionist is a "Publishing Author".
Yesterday, a user running Windows 2000 added a new all-day appointment to a
Calendar in our Public Folders in Outlook. After adding it he could not see
it. I could not see it (I have XP Pro SP2). Another user could not see it
(Windows 2000). Our receptionist (XP Pro SP2)......CAN see it. She is the
only one. nobody else can.
It is not a problem with display settings or too many appointments....or the
"view".
rebooting or closing outlook does not do any good. I waited
overnight...still the same. Our network guys are out at a conference...so
little old me...desktop support has to figure this out.
What the hell?
