Exchange and C# Walkthrough Documentation

Hello all,

I have been assigned the task if integrating one of our
Web applications with the Exchange server. Specifically,
I need to extract contact information from the server
including individual contacts, distribution lists, and
their properties. I will be using C# and ASP.NET to
accomplish this task. Can someone please tell me a good
place to get started on researching this topic.
