Exchange admin cannot copy folder - private item

When trying to copy a folder using Outlook 2003, right
click copy, get a message "Cannot copy this folder
because it may contain private items." If I use Office
2000 there is no problem and I have full Exchange Admin
permissions.
 
Rob,

Did you manage to find a resolution to the outlook 2003 permissions
issue?
I've come accross the same problem and I'm struggling to find any
inforamation concerning it.
