Exchange Address Book Filter

I want to add a new Address List that contains all users with a null custom attribute 1 and all groups with custom attribute 1 set to "Internal". Below is what I generated with the advanced query tool, but it returns nothing.


(&(&(&(&(& (mailnickname=*) (| (&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=user)(msExchHomeServerName=/O=CHA/OU=CHIME/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=MEMPHIS))(objectCategory=group) )))(objectCategory=user)(extensionAttribute1=Internal)(!extensionAttribute1=*))))

Try asking in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin group.
