Exchange 2003 - Deleting Old & Future Meetings

Here's what happened:

I set up a new Exchange 2003 server in a new
organization, new business.

I created a user account on the server and connected to
it with Outlook. I then used a PocketPC synchronizing
with Outlook to populate some events on the calendar.

In Outlook I deleted the events I didn't want anymore,
some of them were owned by users not on the new Exchange
2003 server, I simply selected Delete and don't notify
the user.

When I look at the day now in Outlook there are no
meetings that day. However, that little monthly view in
the upper right shows days where the day number is in
BOLD because it thinks there is a meeting on that day,
but if you click on that day, there is no meeting.

Is there some way to wipe this information so that the
days without meetings aren't highlighted in bold on the
month view?

Thanks,
Ken
