Exchange 2000 'Template Attributes' not accessible on AD user objects?

I am trying to populate a few fields that I see in my GAL (based on the
'Details Template' I assume) that I cannot seem to locate on a user object
in AD? I am trying to populate the following in AD, so that they show up
when looking at users in my GAL:

"Business 2" telephone number and the "Assistant" field

(e-mail address removed)
