Exchange 2000 hates Server 2003???

So, in my test network, I've just discovered that Exchange 2000 won't run in
Server 2003. Is this true???

yes, yes it's true. Exch200 will not run on Server 2003.
This is Microsoft's way of getting you to upgrade.

Technet and the KB have a whole host of articles on upgrading or
implementing.
Too lazy to look right now, though =)

Well, what happened is that I received a message saying that Exchange 2000
wasn't supported by that version of Windows (2003 Server).
I had to option to continue anyway, but that sounded like a bad idea :-(

No way!!! That's sooo Macintosh...
We run a few dozen Macs in my company and the guy who handles them (not me,
thankfully) has to deal with their upgrades not allowing older software to
run. Heck, even patches can kill an app. Steve Jobs and Billy Gates have
learned a lot from each other :-(

Crap...

Server 2000 for that box now...

I think it works, but it's not supported in any way..
