How do I sync my corporate webmail on an Outlook 2003 exchange 1 and 1 server
with my Outlook 2002 inbox? There has to be a way to do this with making me
upgrade!!! Thnx

I upgraded to 2003 but I still have the same problem. Our IT guy at the home
office can't figure it out. I want to download my emails to my laptop from
my Outlook Web Access account. Is there a way to set this up with
Send/Receive????

There is no such thing as an "Outlook Web Access" account. You have an
account on an Exchange Server. OWA is a web based "client" for the Exchange
Server that lives on the server, itself and is accessed by a web browser.
You'll need to add your Exchange Server account information to Outlook 2003,
then find out from your IT folks how to connect to the server. There are
two ways of doing this with Outlook 2003. You either create a VPN tunnel to
your Office network and do a direct connection, or, if the Exchange Server
is setup for it, you connect to the server via RPC over HTTP. Again, this
is the province of your Exchange Server admin.

Thank you Hal for your post. I am understanding a bit better now. Do I need
to have Exchange software on my laptop in order to sync up with the home
office server? What other questions should I ask my IT guy. Its a small
office and I'm not sure he knows what to tell me. He originally told me to
goto the setup option which told me to down load a key. Which I did, but when
it opened Outlook again I didn't see any difference and their wasn't anything
in the email accounts set up section. I'm trying to avoid having to forward
each company email one by one to my personal email. I'm using the Prophet
overlay to track my sales territory and I need to be able to attach the
emails to my opportunities. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much,
Jen

Outlook is the mail client (software) to connect to the Exchange server at
your company. You don't have to install anything else. When you add an
Exchange account through Tools-> Account Settings it will ask you for
configuration information. The person who has configured the Exchange server
at your company can tell you the configuration information for your mailbox.
