I have search for a method to contact micrisoft directly
and there seems to no such access available. Maybe
whoever reads this can get this to someone that can help
me. I get an excessive amount of ereors, supposedly get
reported to microsoft. Is this some sort of passifer used
to make people think they are being or is some type of
follow up being performed. I already know the answer to
that question. Also I really wish that products of
micrisoft that I have previewed and decided not to
subscribe to STOP appearing when I sigm on. I just want
to sign to my IPS with out having to close numberous
windows before I can get to the ENTERMESS.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

The "report to Microsoft" is not at all just some sort of pacifier, but
neither is it direct customer support. It is a way for them to gather blocks
of data from huge numbers of users and, over time, find solutions that work
their way into patches, fixes, service packs, etc.

By the way, by the latest figures (received from a Microsoft engineer last
Saturday), 95% of all such reports turn out to be video drivers! I kid you
not!! But there are other bugs, too.

To remove things that are loading at startup, see this page:

For the other problems, could you please itemize them one at a time with
sufficient detail explaining what is happening that is wrong, when it began,
any other relevant history, etc. To gather your facts and know what would be
useful, you might try this recommended troubleshooting protocol:
