Exception error

The error message is:

The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd)
occurred in the application at location 0x77c2ac08.

I keep getting this error whenever I try to include
effects in my project. Then, I get kicked out of the
program. Any ideas?

Update directX.
Visit www.papajohn.org problem solving>acceleration and codecs
or
www.the-kellys.org and rename codecs, also read the instructions.

It is often a codec conflict.

itsd needed and what it does.
