Exception Error RUNDLL

I have received errors to rundll in both windows\system32 and error loading on windows\bxxs5.dll. How do I remedy these errors

I also am not able to access via Desktop shortcut, My Computer and Recycle Bin. Within START I as well can not access My Computer and My Documents. Any recommendations
