All of a sudden, every time I enter a value (i.e. 100,
1,000, 10,000) into any cell, the program enters a value
that is 10% of the number typed(i.e. 10, 100, 1,000).
On old spreadsheets, the existing values are not affected
but any new entries are modified as noted above.
We have tried all the possible program adjustments to no
avail.
