Excell Formula

I inherited a worksheet that contains the following
information in the two cells. What I do not understand is
that when I change the date in B-32 the number reflected
in B-34 because of the formula changes.

Anybody know how the date with a formula gives me a value.

Cell B-34 =E58-(H58/5
Cell B-32 2/1/2003

First thing I'd do is check the formulas in E58 and H58.
Something is obviously referencing back to B32 somewhere.
