Excell 2003 does not show line number 2 in certain circumstances

When row height is set to 12 and zoom is 115%, the row indicator on the left
of the sheet does not show for line # 2. This can be replicated on a new,
blank sheet by selecting a range of rows and Format Row Height -> 12, then
set zoom to 115%.

Hi Geoff,

I can't duplicate this problem on Excel 2003 SP1/Windows XP SP2. It
sounds like a potential video driver problem. Can you duplicate this problem
on computers with different video cards? Does it go away if you change the
screen resolution, hardware acceleration or color depth?
