I am working in Excel and out of nowhere my computer will
not let me use my arrows to move around from cell to cell?
I rebooted and it still does not work. It moves the whole
page around. Has anyone experienced this same issue or
know how to resolve it?

Scroll Lock on our keyboard??????????
