Apply a % amount to a group of cells. I have worksheet
that I need to add say 5% to all of the cells? How can I
do this?
Thanks, Kim

in a cell somewhere put 1.05
select that cell
copy
select the range of cells
pastespecial>multiply

1) Enter 1.05 into a blank cell.
2) Then select that cell and choose copy.
3) Then select the cells that have the values that need to be increased by
5% and choose "Special Paste".
4) Then select "Multiply" from the Special Paste Info Box. This will
increase all the values you select by 5%.
