Try the following:
1. In the column next to your data add the following formula:
=UPPER(A1)
Note, you will need to change the cell reference in your formula to match
the first cell in your column of data.
2. Fill the formula down the column.
3. Select the range of cells containing the formula you just filled down.
4. On the Edit menu click Copy.
5. On the Edit menu click Paste Special.
6. In the Paste Special dialog box click Values.
7. Click OK.
