Excel Y-axis and chart info during setup

I'm trying to design a chart using data I have in a
spreadsheet.

The info I want in the chart doesn't show up as I want it
with the info in the spreadsheet.

For example, I have two diff. amounts I want to display in
a chart. Only one of the required amounts shows up on the
chart.

If anyone has any suggestions to solve this problem,
please respond ASAP. This project has a Friday deadline.

I don't think we have enough info to help you out. Can you post a small
segment of sample data within your message (no attachments, please)? Can
you tell us what type of chart you wish to see (XY, line, bar, ....)?

You might browse over to http://www.geocities.com/jonpeltier/Excel/ and
look at his (incomplete but still helpful) charting tutorial for some
basic ideas. He has lots of advanced concepts as well, but it sounds like
you might wish to start with the tutorial...
