Excel XP versus Excel 2000

I had Excel 2000 in my other computer. After I loaded an
excel 2000 workbook into my XP, I have the following bug
that I cannot undo.

Whenever I enter a number or letter in a cell, a window
pops up "Microsoft Visual Basic" stating "Can't find
project"...I enter OK, then the next window is references-
VBA Project.
It is on "missing microsoft calendar 9.0". I go to browse
and it brings me to System 32 with a whole bunch of
library files. I don"t know which one is the one I am to
replace.
If I enter again, the window goes away and the number
enteres the cell. Wonder how I can correct this:
