Opal

I know this sounds crazy but yesterday the 15th I was working in
Microsoft excel on a spreadsheet and at the top on the menu bar
when I could click on view I had the following options:
Normal
Print Layout
Web layout.

Today all I have is
Normal and Page Break.

How do I reset these to reflect all views. It is like all is related to
a Pivot Table and I have no idea what a Pivot table is and have
never used that at all.

Thanks,
Opal

Opal,

Are you sure you were in Excel? Those View options are used in
Word, not Excel.

I know that is what has me confused. When choose
Excel it looks like the normal Excel program as it
used to just that all the view choices are different.

I don't know what I have done to cause this.. I was in
Word typing minutes for a Board meeting but didn't
do anything different. I did use a Meeting Minutes Template.
Could that have caused the problem in Excel???

Thanks,
Opal

If I embed an excel workbook into a word file, I can get the excel menus if I
activate the object (click on the worksheet).

But if I just have the worksheet selected (not editing it) or if I'm just
editing the Word portion, I get MSWord's menubar.

Any chance that you may have done this?

That could be the reason and I will check it out.

Thanks......I don't remember embeding anything
but could have......I know I clicked around on
a lot of things........

Thanks for your help.
