Excel workbook needs more columns

Hello,

I'm working on a large task and have found myself reaching
the last column in Excel Worksheets (which is IV).
Without creating and trying to link other new worksheets
is it possible to add additional columns? Any suggestions
for expanding one worksheet into another if this is the
only solution?

Unfortunately not, 256 columns and 65536 rows are written in stone.
