Excel with Multiple Worksheets

Can an Excel spreadsheet, with multiple tabs (worksheets) be copied into
FrontPage with all the tabs working just as if Excel was being viewed?
 
Not as HTML. Import the Excel file into the web and the link to it.
Otherwise you would have to programmatically create the workbook and
worksheets. You'll need to learn a programming language (such as ASP,
ASP.NET, PHP etc) to do this.
 
By linking to it, the excel will come up as a popup window (uploading to
their computer) and will only be viewable if the user has excel.. correct?
