Excel Excel Spreadsheets lose formatting viewed on a Blackberry

We have users who are able to view Excel spreadsheets on the Blackberry device, however certain spreadsheets are losing their formatting when viewed on a Blackberry so that everything is jumbled up instead of separated by colums and rows. Has anyone encountered this or know of a fix for it? The spreadsheets are saved in HTML/Excel format, which normally a Blackberry has no trouble with, but for one user, they're not coming through properly.

Hi I have bought a used Blackberry device but dont have a manual or info as to how to use it. Could you help at all?
