I'm preparing a worksheet with many formulations and formated cells, I would
llike to share this Worksheet with my colleagues so they van enter data and
get results without being able to modify, change or delete any of the
formating or formulations.

Ijay,

First select all the cells you want your users to be able to enter data in
and then click Format - Cells - Protection and un-check the locked tab.

The Tools - Protection - Protect sheet and apply a password if you want and
your formula and formatting should be safe.

Please note that Excel security is weak so anyone with a mind to could
bypass this.

Mike,
Thanks, it seems it's working, Please advise me now how to reverse this
option to enable me to modify the formulas if I need 2, is the same backwards
?
Regards.

Tools protection - unprotect sheet.

If you set a password you will be prompted to enter it.
