Excel Row and Column Headers

Help! For some reason, the Row and Header values have changed in
existing and new Excel files.

Instead of the Headers being listed alphabetically, they are now
appearing numerically.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
Go to 'Tools', 'Options' and then the general tab and deselect the R1C1
reference check box.
