excel printing problem

I have a simple spreadsheet that I created for my boss to help with the planning of his factory..

the other day he asked me to print the spreadsheet onto A1 size paper... in order to to do this I had to copy and paste the spreadsheet onto sheet no 2

now my problem is that when I print from sheet no 2 the comments that we have entered do not print..

but they print with no problem at all on the original spreadsheet on sheet no 1

can anybody tell me why this is and how to fix it please.

Howdy barry37 Im no expert on spreadsheets and I Havnt used Excel for a while either !! .. ( I presume this is the software you are using ??) Just had a quick look around at setting and options - try this see if it helps you :

Click on the sheet number tab you wish to print -->
Go to File --> select Page setup -->
Now select the last tab which says "sheet"
Now if you look in the print section here you will see options for [color=#336699n]comments[/color] - these are --> (none) (at end of sheet) & (as displayed on sheet)

Try adjusting to one of the last two options and see if works
