Excel opens 2 copies of the file...

Hi, i did a search with no results, although im sure its been aske
before...

when i open a file (one we use every month) it all of a sudden decide
to start opening 2 copies of it. I couldnt find a setting where i
tells it to do this... im sure its a easy fix. Anyone know?
