Excel OLE

Hi
In a form I put an Excel OLE windows for the user to put
some info in it. I've create a button to save the work
but i'm not quiet sur how to put what the user enter in
the excel OLE windows in the correct table. Does anyone
knows it?

If you want the data saved to a table, why use an Excel OLE? insert the
desired fields in a form.

Because I have 16 rows of 4 column to add in my table and
I think It would be a pain to create all the fields and
save them one by one. So I want to know if it is possible
to do that by a OLE Excel Object and how to do that.
