I'm having some formatting objects in Word from Excel.
How can I be sure to fit he entire worksheet in the text
box in Word? The spreadsheet is smaller in size than the
text box. Baffled!

I take it you mean that rows and or columns are being cut
off? Which version of Word? How many rows/columns are you
trying to display in Word? And why are you trying to put it
in a textbox?

Thanks for your response. I've actually inserted an
object from a file, which is the excel worksheet. It is
only four (4) columns wide and twenty (20) rows. My
version of Word is 2002. Sorry I realize I didn't answer
your questions in any sort of order.
Thanks
Joe

Missing one: WHY are you trying to insert the spreadsheet
object in a textbox? Do you seen anything different if you
do NOT insert into a textbox, but insert the sheet directly
into the document?

What is getting cut off: the rows or the columns (how many
do you see)?

I take it you're using Insert/Object/From File? With a
link, or without?

How about if you copy/paste the Excel cells into Word? Does
that give you an acceptable result?

Notes: Historically, Word 97 - 2000 have had problems when
inserting Excel objects into Word documents if Word feels
it is unable to display all the cells. The problem was
alleviated in Word 2002 by allowing Word to "zoom" the
sheet by 50%. There might well be problems, however, if
you're trying to insert into a textbox.
