Excel macro to edit cell format

I'm working in Excel with columns of time data imported from text files, but they have no colons to separate the hours, minutes and seconds. I need a macro that will go into each cell and add the colons and leading zeros.

Examples:

160344 changed to 16:03:44
82722 changed to 8:27:22
34 changed to 0:00:34
