Excel list with contacts

Have an Excel member list inkluding e-mail adresses too the members.
Is it possible to send an e-mail from Outlook and having Outlook to find the
adresses to send to inside the Excel book?

you can use the excel sheet as the source in a mail merge. Start it from
word, not outlook, and merge to email.
