I sort one of my Excel 2002 spreadsheets by data in the columns. I recently
added hyperlinks to the data in one of the columns and then, to my horror
and disbelief, discovered that when I resorted the data the hyperlinks no
longer matched their original cells!

Does anyone know a way round this problem please?

How are you sorting? It sounds like you might be using the auto-filter
(xl2003 was where I began, I'm guessing 2002 is similar) -- and your new
hyperlinks column is outside of the autofilter definition.

The solution is to recreate the autofilter including the new column.

No, just sorting using the standard A-Z sorter with all populated cells
selected. (I couldn't believe it either!).

That runs me out of ideas, unless you're somehow using a formula with
indirect addressing.
