This is the result of a malfunctioning Excel add-in installed by the
TextBridge OCR software. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to your XLStart
directory and delete any file named TBRun9.xls or TBRun97.xls. If you did a
default installation of Office your XLStart directory will be located at:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office00\XLStart\
where 00 is either nothing or a number indicating the version number of your
Office installation depending on what version you have. If you're running
Windows 2000 or XP, there will be a second XLStart directory that you may
need to check located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\
where <username> is the username you log onto the computer with.
