Hi.
How can i change the "," symbol with the ";" in the syntax of an Excel
Function ?

For examp. ceiling(A1,3) to be ceiling(A1;3)
Thank you.

Change in the Regional settings of the control panel, on the Regional
Options click the Customize button, that will get you there.

This is a Windows setting. Change List Separator in Control Panel (you'll
probably have to change decimal and thousands separators too)

In 2003 we had an "International" Tab under Tools>Options where you could
change the separators for Excel without changing Regional Options in Windows
OS.

Can't find that in 2007.

Exists or not?

Hi Gord,

You could only change the decimal and thousands separator, not the list
separator.
In Excel2007 this is under Office button|Excel Options|Advanced|Editing
Options|Use system separators

Thank you all.

Thanks for the correction Niek

Got confused between "list" separator and the "system separators".

Also thanks for finding the "Use system separators" in 2007

Missed that completely when browsing through the Options.
