Excel function problem

Hello, I am trying to call data from two separate areas to be represented in
one column for recap. I want to call A1 and C1 into the cell to appear as A1
- C1 with no calculations just the data in each cell represented with a dash
in between. Is that possible?

I also have a change of administrator from my wife Liz Solis to me Frank
Castro, changed >today. My Comcast acct is in my name and there was a
problem.
