Although the cells have background fill colors, they colors fail to print.
Can't find any reason for this. Can someone help?

Printer is set to Auto color. It prints fine in all other applications.
Only Excel 2007 am I having a problem.

Hi Joe,
Open page setup form the file menu. Check the "sheet" tab to see if B&W is checked.

If you are using Excel 2007, check your print option. Click oon Page Layout tab, click on arrow in bottom right corner in "Page Setup Box" (the box that contains margins, orientation, size, print are, etc). That opens sub box "Page setup." Click the "Sheet Tab." Under print, check to see if "Black and White" is checkmarked. If it is, the color fill should not print. If you want color to print, uncheck it. :D
